Mozart, the iguana: Did it take Generic Viagra?

It is well known that Generic Viagra or original Viagra have both been tested and proved safe for people. But there has been no approval for giving this medication to animals, reptiles or amphibians.

It is believed that an iguana named Mozart had got a severe swelling after mating leading to serious consequences. This iguana is a member of the zoo in Antwerp, Belgium. Though not given Generic Viagra, the iguana got an erection that lasted for more than a week.

Fearing for its survival and health, the zoo authorities and vet decided to amputate the swollen part so that the iguana can regain its health and lead a normal and healthy life again. Luckily, since an iguana possesses two penises, this did not pose a big problem for him. This decision was taken as an extreme as all other remedies failed to work.

Consumption of Generic Viagra for iguanas is a big no-no. As they already have two penises, this is sometimes not even necessary. Most iguanas do not suffer from this kind of problem and Mozart will also lead a normal and healthy life with even just one penis. Thus there is no need to give Generic Viagra to iguanas either.
